They say the worst things come in threes. Well, so do the best. This week, me and my first guest blogger are taking inspiration for The Blair Witch Project’s cinematography and bringing you three super quick, super easy, super awesome Halloween treats for all your Halloween tricks!

First, we are going to make some really spooky, extremely yummy Vampire Cookies. Then to wash it down, with two of our favorite drinks: a Dr. Pepper, and Liquid Gold with an apple garnish.

Vampire Teeth:

Chocolate chip cookies

Mini Marshmallows

Canned or homemade frosting, white and red

Slivered almonds

Spread your white frosting on one of the two cookies, and make a rim of red frosting on both cookies. Place mini marshmallows over the red frosting of one cookie. Then, strategically place two slivered almonds in-between the marshmallow teeth. Sandwich the cookies, flip it over, and VOILA! We have vampire teeth cookies.

Dr. Pepper

8oz beer

1oz Amaretto

In a small glass, combine the beer and amaretto and stir. It is that simple and it really does taste like Dr. Pepper! You may need to change the amount of Amaretto added depending on the type of beer you use, so be sure to do a taste test before serving it!

Liquid Gold

1-2oz of Amaretto

1-2oz Irish Crème

Apple Garnish

Make your garnish first: In a small saucepan, bring 1 cup of water and 1 cup of sugar to a boil. Drop a thin slice of apple into this boiling mixture for about 4 minutes. Then, remove the apple, sprinkle with sugar and/or cinnamon, and broil on a baking sheet until edges become golden brown.
While broiling, combine your amaretto and Irish crème in a martini glass. Top with cooled apple slice and enjoy!
